Paul Brackley (BEM)

A little background on our Scheme Co-ordinator
Paul started with the Oundle Community First Responder scheme over 21 years ago.
He has selflessly and tirelessly donated his time to ensure that Oundle and the surrounding villages can benefit from this vitally important service. 
Due to his continued hard work the scheme is now thriving with 10 members.
As recognition for all of his hard work, including over 40,000 recorded hours,  Paul received the Chief Executive's Commendation in recognition of excellence in service and for demonstrating the EMAS values for CFRs.
During his time he has received 3 ROSCs (Return of Spontaneous Circulation) at attended cardiac arrests.

The British Empire Medal is granted in recognition of meritorious civil or military service by His Majesty the King.

Paul has been recognised for his extensive and continual service within the community in relation to the formation of Oundle Community First Responders, his guidance, professionalism and dedication and for the continued co ordination, recruitment and expansion of the group along with his unwavering and never ending commitment.
